About Me

Believe it or not, I was 11 years old when I knew real estate was the career for me. In 1980 it all fell into place. The only problem was interest rates were 21% and the “easy” years had just passed. Oh well, when you’re young and determined nothing will stop you. So I learned all there was to know about creative finance and jumped in head first. Now 30 years later, I am still passionate about working with new clients, friends, and families of friends.

I’m fortunate to work with a great team. Tom, my husband is an accomplished photographer for our brochures, websites and marketing. He has been an incredible support throughout my career. Also, my assistant Rachel, handles all administrative work, marketing pieces, as well as transaction coordinating. Together, we make an efficient group of hard working individuals that are able to show results that exceed our client’s expectations.

I have established myself as a successful listing agent in the North County area of San Diego which includes, but is not limited to Encinitas, Carlsbad, Olivenhain, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Del Mar and Cardiff. Although I specialize in moderate to high end home sales, my marketing plan is extremely successful regardless of price.

The majority of my career has been with RE/MAX until January of 2010, when I made the excellent move to Sea Coast Exclusive Properties. During my time at RE/MAX I was honored repeatedly as being listed in the top 100 Producing Agents Internationally. In 2010, I was named Top Producing Agent and awarded for Highest Gross Closed Commissions at Sea Coast. For a complete resume, please see below.

I am an advocate for the local schools and have been the School Site Council President for Olivenhain Pioneer Elementary for the past 6 years. Mentoring is another one of my passions and I have helped a number of aspiring real estate agents in their education towards a successful career.

Over the 3 decades I have lots to be thankful for; my husband Tom and 2 children, Raquel and Conner, to name a few. We have enjoyed living in the Encinitas area since 1987. We look forward to vacationing at our second home in Mexico, whenever possible, doing all kinds of water sports.

2011 By July 31^st, Patty was recognized as top selling agent for Sea Coast Exclusive Properties, as well as top 1% of Realtors in San DiegoCounty.

2010 After 20 years with RE/MAX and 30 years of selling real estate, Patty joined SeaCoast Exclusive Properties and finished #1 top sales producer company wide.

2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 Received the prestigious Platinum Award and finished #1 top producing agent in the Encinitas RE/MAX office. By October of 2007, Keck ranked #4 in California and Hawaii.

2005 Patty celebrated 25 years of selling real estate! She took the first half of the year reorganizing and developing a new market plan for the changing market. Working only the second half of '05, Patty was still able to earn the Platinum award and also finish in the top 1% of all agents in the Nation.

2004 Received the highest award offered at RE/MAX, the Chairman's Club. #33 for California and Hawaii, #77 Nationally out of 77,000 agents, #1 at RE/MAX Associates, Encinitas.

2001, 2002, 2003 Received the highest awards offered by RE/MAX based on volume and production. Top100 agent in California and Hawaii region.

2000 Awarded #26 Internationally with RE/MAX out of 56,000 agents. #13 California out of 7200+ agents, RE/MAX associates Encinitas' Top Producing Agent.

1994-2009 #1 Producing agent for RE/MAX Associates, Encinitas, as well as receiving the platinum award each year.

1993 #1 top producing agent for RE/MAX Associates. Received Platinum award in spite of declining market conditions. Patty increased market share and production each year throughout the real estate recession.

1992 Joined RE/MAX and in the first quarter earned her place as #5 producing RE/MAX agent in San Diego. Winner of the 100% Club Award

1980-1991 Licensed real estate professional with Coldwell Banker and later Realty Executives in La Jolla.

She attends real estate seminars across the country on a regular basis in an effort to stay on top of not only NorthCounty's economy and market, but nationally as well.
