"We wanted to take a few minutes to say "Thank You" for the extra effort and excellent service your provided to us in our search for the PERFECT HOME. When we approached you as a family interested in looking for a house, we told you what we had to have, what we would like to have and what we did not need or want. This list included very objective thinks like minimum square footage requirements, three car garage, etc. What made the list more challenging though, was our non-negotiable subjective requirements, that the new home be in a neighborhood with seven year old boys and twelve year old girls (same as our children), and that the neighbors in the neighborhood all had to know each other and "party together".
We figured you would show us a 100 different houses that met the easy criteria and that eventually you would grow impatient with us after you saw how important the neighborhood issue was to us.
